How long is the order processing time?
The shipment duration varies depending on the product you have ordered for If you have ordered for a domestic product,it will be shipped once the payment is cleared by payment gateway it will be shipped within 2-3 days and delivered within 4-5 working days from the day of dispatch. Currently we are not entertaining international shipment. In case of food products will be dispatched same day in Mumbai and Pune .Transporation charge and taxes as and where applicable. How do I make an exchange?
Silver Line Centre offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with the order or find any discripency, you can easily return /exchange the product. However,there are a few basic rules to be eligible: - Product has to be in original & unused state - Request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery and in case of local delivery the same day or next day -We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality,size,color or design or not as per your order or in case an item is missing and wrong in a combo order. In case of food products if there is mismatch,quality problem or defective product should be intimated same day.
