Shipping & Delivery
The shipment duration varies depending on the product you have ordered. In case you have ordered a domestic product, it will be shipped within 4-5 working days and will be delivered within 7-8 working days from the day of dispatch. Since we are not handling any international product so we can not mention the shipment duration currently once we start will be intimated accordingly. Order is shipped once the payment is cleared. The shipping charge will be calculated based on the zone of the shipment and the total weight of the products in your shopping cart, if and where it is applicable. In most of the cases, shipping charges are not levied. We are shipping within India only. Currently we are not shipping outside India. Free shipping is applicable for orders of Rs.600 and more ( T & C Applied ) Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistic partners. However we endeavour to deliver orders within 5-7 working days ( Business days excluding public holidays)Once the order is shipped, we will communicate to the customer the shipping details via mail/SMS for easy tracking. All product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties plus shipping charges if and where applicable, you will not be charged anything in addition towards these. Our delivery partners may insist on an OTP at the time of delivery to ensure that the merchandise is delivered to the correct person. We process Cash on Delivery (COD) and all online payments made by customers in India through PayU /Razor Pay/ any of our authorised payment gateway partners or directly through shipping partners which provide secure, encrypted connections for all credit card, debit card and Net Banking transactions. COD is Not available for orders above Rs.1000 in case of certain items. The company has the right to accept or reject any delivery on a COD (cash on delivery ) basis. Our Shipping partners are E-Cart, Shipyaari, and Xpressbees. E.Com, Delivery, and Shipping are done based on the PIN code and services to that area. You are not supposed to pay any extra amount for any shipment other than the invoice amount. In case the delivery executive has collected an extra amount than the order value OR the order is marked delivered but you have not received the same, please give us a call or drop an email within 48 hrs of order delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained. Silver Line Centre endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product for any reason. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Silver Line Centre fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame? Tracking your Order
The item ordered by you and shipped after confirmation online the tracking link will be forwarded to you via SMS and email to you (applicable only for online purchases on our website). Our shipping partner will intimate the same. You can track either on our site or via a link sent to you having been filled AWB (airway bill no).)Once the order is shipped, we will communicate to the customer the shipping details via mail/SMS for easy tracking. In case of physical delivery locally you will be informed about the schedule.
Payment -Return And Refund Policy
Silver Line Centre offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with the order or find any discrepancy, you can easily return/exchange the product. However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible : - Product has to be in original & unused state -To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. - Request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery and in case of local delivery the same day -Damages and issues please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. - We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, color, or design or not as per your order or in case an item is missing and wrong in a combo order. In the case of food products (offline/direct supply- NO E.COM ) supplied locally, any exchange or return due to quality problems, defects, or less quantity against the placed order, intimation is needed the same day or the very next day. It applies to Maharashtra state. Return of any item depends on its genuineness. It is the sole discretion of Silver Line Centre (Fashion Fusion ) to accept or reject the claim. Exceptions / non-returnable items certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. The exchange will be considered but may take time to replace the same based on the availability of the product. Items must be in their original packaging with the original tags attached, it must be unworn, unwashed and should be folded and packaged properly and should not come with any odour or stains. In case if the return does not meet any of these, there will be a deduction from the refund amount based on the product returned quality. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order and a 6% (credit card/PayPal transaction fee) will be deducted for a refund irrespective of whether the cancellation is done within or after 24 hours. Thread pulls are not considered defective in handloom clothing. No exchange, No Returns because of dislike of colors or fabric quality. At times the image color may vary due to digital photography and light adjustment. Size issues: If there is a size issue (the customer needs to share the picture of the product measuring it with the tape, if our size chart is proven wrong we will correct it and assist with a free return label and once the return is received we will assist you with a refund, coupon code or replacement. Clearance Sale or any sale products are non-returnable. However, in case of a damaged, defective, or missing, size issue (only if the size chart is proven wrong), We accept payment only through our authorized payment gateways as on the website to keep your payments secure. We do not accept payment directly / via Google REFUND Of AMOUNT: A refund of money will be made in case of the nonavailability of the item. In case the selected item in the cart is not available.le you may opt for any other item of the same price. A refund of the amount will be made to your bank /credit card account which may take 5 to 6 working days or more depending on the mode of payment and processing period of the Bank. Refunds--We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
